Who we are

Karka is a service operated by Elevana. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Availability & access

Karka is accessible to people anywhere in the world. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Karka complies with the laws that apply where you live. We may limit or withdraw access in any region where we cannot lawfully offer the service. Your account and activity data are hosted in Australia — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Conduct

Karka is a small community for adults practicing the path. Be honest. Be kind. Don't post content that's illegal, harassing, sexual content involving minors, or that infringes someone else's rights. Facilitators may remove content that breaks these standards.

Membership tiers

Audience is free to read and react. Member, Facilitator, and Owner tiers may include paid subscriptions managed via Stripe; cancel any time from Settings → Billing.

Intellectual property

You own what you post. By posting you grant Elevana a non-exclusive licence to display it within the community. Course content is owned by Elevana and licensed for personal study; do not redistribute.

Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Liability

Karka is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevana is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We will note material changes on this page and at the top of the app for at least 14 days.
