ISO 22301 — Business Continuity (Awareness)

Awareness of business continuity management: what disruption planning covers, how recovery priorities are set, and your role when a plan is invoked.

What this course does not do

Awareness only. This course does not make you or your organisation ISO 22301 certified — certification follows an audit by an accredited certification body. It also confers no emergency response competence: evacuation marshalling, first aid, fire response and similar roles require separate training and a practical sign-off.
